PRODUCT CANCELLATION CUSTOMER POLICY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Thank you for being a loyal and valued customer! We are sorry to hear that you would like to cancel the purchased product but understand that circumstances may sometimes arise. We are here to help you through the process of cancellation.

To cancel your warranty product please contact the Principle Auto Group dealership that you acquired your vehicle from and ask to speak with our finance department. They will ask you some questions about your vehicle and experience with the warranty product.

If all of our finance associates are working with other customers, please leave a message and we will return your phone call within 24 hours. If you have not receive contact within 24 hours (during normal business operations) please contact the store General Manager.

When you speak with a member of our finance department, please have the following items at hand:

• Year, Make and Model of your vehicle.
• Your VIN# for your vehicle (this is located on most vehicles on the dashboard by the lower corner of the driver’s side front windshield).
• Current odometer reading (you will need to submit proof via visiting the store or sending a picture via email).

In addition to the cancellation form that is required to be completed in order to process a cancellation refund, it is policy of Principle Auto to advise each customer that the process of collecting the cancellation funds could take between 45 - 60 days.

Once Principle Auto is in receipt of the completed cancellation form, we will initiate the cancellation with the warranty product vendor. The vendor will then complete the cancellation and will process payment to the dealership. The dealership will process payment to the customer once the payment from the vendor has been received.

If there is a lien on the vehicle, the refund will be mailed directly to the lien holder. If the warranty product was purchased separately and not financed, we will refund the customer directly.
