We charge a $69.99 convenience fee for mobile service visits. However, we waive this fee for your initial visit! Additionally, if your BMW is under the original 4 year/50,000 mile warranty, BMW will cover the convenience fee-making many mobile service visits completely free for warranty-covered vehicles.
How far will technicians travel to me?
Our $69.99 convenience fee covers service anywhere in San Antonio, up to 25 miles from our dealership. For distances greater than 25 miles, we can schedule mobile service at an additional cost. Just give us a call to discuss pricing for your location!
Can I get a recall fixed with mobile service?
Most recalls can be fixed via mobile service, but there are some exceptions-contact us to learn more.
