The world is moving closer and closer to electric vehicles, and BMW is a big reason for that. They've been very active in bringing electric cars to the market, as well as autonomous ones for the future.

Fans in Europe, particularly, are really enjoying the new BMW i3, a smaller electric car that's had an impressive run in that part of the world since it first rolled onto dealership lots.

Our BMW dealership in San Antonio, Texas is loving the BMW i3 just as much as Europe is. In the the month of November, BMW sold well over 2,000 units of the BMW i3 in Europe, which was far above every other electric model on the European market.

But this wasn't a fluke. The BMW i3 ranks 4th in electric vehicles sold in Europe. And the only reason it's not in first place is because the cheaper and less advanced EVs from Nissan, Mitsubishi and Renault Zoe are ahead.

We recently did a blog on the BMW i3. If you'd like to check it out, you can click here.

What are your thoughts on the electric vehicles? Would you ever think about getting one? We'd like to hear your thoughts. Please keep up with us on our Facebook page, where we post daily about BMW news, vehicle specials and more.

We have an extensive BMW inventory, filled with the latest and best models on the market today. You can check them out by clicking here.
