We've seen people go great lengths to protect their precious vehicles, but maybe none like this.
Florida resident Randy Jalil blew up on the Internet while the vicious Hurricane Matthew took over his state. In order to keep his prized BMW E30 M3 safe, he brought it inside -- right in his living room.
Our BMW dealership in San Antonio, TX is thoroughly impressed with Jalil's dedication. And we don't blame him one bit!
"I've owned my E30 for about 8 years now and the last few years there was a spike in value with these cars," Jalil says. "I wasn't risking anything. This car is my absolute pride and joy and I will own it for years to come."
He says he doesn't believe in just looking at it and never driving it.
"I currently daily drive the car and enjoy it as much as possible. Most people nowadays will keep them tucked away in their garage to keep the value up. Cars are meant to be driven and I will always live by that."
We can't disagree with him there.
